Culture Cartel is the working name for Fran Brišar's studio practice. We join larger productions as AV, broadcast and experience support — the people the lead producer trusts to keep one part of the room quietly working. Culture Cartel je radno ime studija Frana Brišara. Priključujemo se većim produkcijama kao AV, broadcast i experience podrška — ljudi kojima glavni producent vjeruje da jedan dio prostora tiho odrade.

We treat each production as a guest treats a borrowed flat — leave it cleaner than we found it. Over‑prepare the documentation, label every cable, debrief honestly, and stay easy to work with under time pressure. Prema svakoj produkciji odnosimo se kao gost prema posuđenom stanu — ostavljamo je urednijom nego što smo je zatekli. Dokumentaciju pripremamo previše, svaki kabel označavamo, debrief radimo iskreno i ostajemo ugodni za suradnju pod pritiskom.
The brand name comes from the people: a small "cartel" of crew that move between cities and cultures, finding the rhythm of each room they enter. Ime brenda dolazi od ljudi: mali "cartel" suradnika koji se kreću između gradova i kultura, hvatajući ritam svakog prostora u koji uđu.

Fran leads the studio. We grow each project's crew from a small network of operators, technicians and producers we've worked with before — chosen for temperament as much as skill. Fran vodi studio. Ekipu za svaki projekt slažemo iz male mreže operatera, tehničara i producenata s kojima smo radili prije — biramo ih jednako po karakteru kao i po vještini.
On any given week we might be in Zagreb planning a job, on a press wall in Jeddah, or on a light walk in Riyadh. We aim to be the easiest line item on the production sheet to like. U bilo kojem tjednu možemo biti u Zagrebu na planiranju, na press zidu u Jeddahu ili u svjetlosnom šetnji u Riyadhu. Cilj nam je biti najugodnija stavka na produkcijskom listu.
